Thanks to Darcy and Tyler for the excellent customer service. Bought my first bike in many years. Picked up a 2017 Vulcan Classic lt from AJ Powersports. Unfortunately after only 52 KM, the shift linkage broke. I contacted Darcy, he apologized and arranged to have Tyler come pickup my bike, and take it back to the shop to get it fixed for me. I can't say enough about the level of customer service from the first discussion about the bike, to driving it off the lot, and now this. They have been professional, helpful and treated me exceptionally. I highly recommend anyone looking for a bike to check out AJ Powersport.
