Thanks to Darcy and Tyler for the excellent customer service. Bought my first bike in many years. Picked up a 2017 Vulcan Classic lt from AJ Powersports. Unfortunately after only 52 KM, the shift linkage broke. I contacted Darcy, he apologized and arranged to have Tyler come pickup my bike, and take it back to the shop to get it fixed for me. I can't say enough about the level of customer service from the first discussion about the bike, to driving it off the lot, and now this.
